STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 c. strawberries
2 c. rhubarb, cut into inch pieces

Preheat oven 425 degrees.

Combine sugar, salt and flour. Put 1/2 the dry mix into a pastry shell. Sprinkle with fruit, repeat. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter. Top pie crust. Brush top of the pie with cold water. Cut air vents. Bake 40-50 minutes.
