CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1 c. water
1/2 c. rice
1 qt. milk
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar

Cook the water and rice for seven minutes. Add milk and butter and simmer one hour. Do not remove cover. Add eggs, raisins, sugar and vanilla. Cook until thick. Combine the cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle on top.
