YANKEE PEACH FROZEN YOGURT | |
3 large ripe peaches, peeled and chopped or 3 c. frozen sliced peaches, thawed 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/2 c. skim milk 1/3 c. maple flavor syrup 8oz. ctn plain non-fat yogurt, stirred In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, blend or process peaches and sugar till peaches are finely chopped but not pureed. Pour into bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over milk in small saucepan and let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves. Add to chopped peach mixture; stir in maple syrup and yogurt.
