FROSTED OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. quick oatmeal

Cream the butter and the sugars. Add the eggs and stir until blended. Add vanilla. Add all dry ingredients then the oatmeal. Chill dough. Take about 2 teaspoons and roll into ball. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove to waxed paper as soon as cooked.

CINNAMON COFFEE FROSTING:

3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. liquid coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
