QUICK NO KNEAD ROLLS | |
3/4 c. hot water 1/2 c. evaporated milk 2 pkgs. yeast 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 3 1/2 c. flour Pour hot water into mixing bowl. Add milk, yeast and let dissolve. Then add oil, sugar, salt and egg. Beat well. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour, beat well. Add remaining 2 cups flour. Beat well. Let stand 10 minutes or store in refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll out and cut into desired shape. Let rise in warm place for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. 24 rolls. |
