1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter

Heat honey and butter in small enameled saucepan. Stir until butter melts. Stir in heavy cream. Cool. Use as sauce for ice cream parfaits. Refrigerate up to a week.
