PHILLY PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. liver sausage
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper to taste
Pickles

Combine softened cream cheese and liver sausage, mix well. Add onion and lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings; mix well. Place mixture on waxed paper, fold paper around sides and shape into tree or pack mixture into greased tree mold; chill.

Unmold on serving plate. Decorate sides and base of tree with parsley. Can also be used as a sandwich spread for finger sandwiches on rye.
