4 c. hot mashed potatoes, you may use instant
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion

Mix cream cheese, egg, and onion into potatoes. Put in casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
