BAR - B - QUE BRISKET 
4 to 6 lbs. brisket
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Celery salt
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. hickory smoke
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Take the brisket and sprinkle both sides with accent, garlic salt, onion salt, celery salt, salt and pepper. Place brisket on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Pour on 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of hickory smoke and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Seal foil well and bake in shallow pan (7 to 8 hours) at 200 degrees. Refrigerate after baking (foil and all). Then chill, remove from liquid and slice thin. Return to foil and liquid and reheat when ready to serve.
