OVEN BAR-B-Q BRISKET 
10-12 lb. brisket
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. celery salt
5 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. liquid smoke

Place brisket in roasting pan or bake in plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 3-4 hours. Remove, cover and place in 225 degree oven and bake 10 hours or until tender. Slice against grain and serve with pan sauce.
