OVEN BARBECUED BRISKET 
1 sm. (7 to 8 1/2 lb.) brisket
1 med. bottle Heinz 57 sauce
1 bottle liquid smoke hickory or mesquite
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine Heinz 57 sauce, liquid smoke, ketchup and sugar (Tenderize briskets desired). Put brisket in large oven baking bag. Pour sauce mixture over brisket. Close bag and puncture for ventilation and expansion. Bake 30 minutes per pound.
