OVEN BARBECUED BRISKET 
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
1 3/4 lb. brisket
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Celery salt
Garlic salt

Pour liquid smoke over meat and sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt on both sides. Wrap in foil and chill overnight. Uncover, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Don't drain. Wrap tightly with foil and bake in shallow pan at 250 degrees 5 hours, uncover and add barbecue sauce. Wrap.
