STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 pkg. strawberry flavored Jello
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. hot water
Strawberry juice and cold water to make 1 c. liquid

Drain thawed strawberries, reserving juice. Add enough cold water to strawberry juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve Jello in hot water and strawberry juice cold water mix; then chill until Jello begins to set. Whip the cream until stiff and beat partially set Jello until foamy.

Then fold whipped cream and Jello mix together. Add drained strawberries. Put into 1 1/2 quart oiled mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on chilled platter, serve with whipped cream.
