PINEAPPLE BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon Jello
Sprinkle of salt
1 c. grated pineapple and juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cool, add grated pineapple, juice and salt. When cold and slightly thickened, beat with egg, beaten until the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in sweetened whipped cream. Pile lightly in stem glasses. Chill, garnish with cherries and nuts.
