1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Thaw and drain strawberries. Save the strawberries to be used later. Add cold water to the strawberry syrup to make 1 cup. Add 1 cup boiling water to the Jello and stir until dissolved. Add the syrup and water. Chill until almost set. Prepare the Dream Whip as directed on package. Beat Jello mixture until foamy. Fold Jello and strawberries in the whipped cream. Chill until set.
