STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN CREAM 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavor gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 pt. strawberry, sliced

Combine gelatin and hot water according to package. Chill until syrupy, and fold in whipped cream and strawberries. Chill in sherbet, parfait glasses or in 1-quart mold until set.
