RASPBERRY-STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed and undrained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Chocolate curls

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sour cream with a wire whisk. Add ice cream, and stir until melted. Add raspberries, strawberries, and lemon juice, stirring until blended. Pour mixture into 12 (6 ounce) parfait glasses. Cover and chill.

Just before serving, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar in a small mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Top each parfait with whipped cream and chocolate curls.

Serves 12.
