PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1 c. salad oil
2/3 c. water

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sift dry ingredients into a mixer bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients. Mix only until dry ingredients are mixed. Bake in two greased 9x5x3 inch pans in preheated oven for 1 hour; cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans and while warm brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees.
