PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg
1 c. water
3 1/4 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin

Combine all ingredients. Mix 1-2 minutes, or only until ingredients are combined (some small lumps will remain).

Bake at 325°F 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Bake in 2 bread loaf pans and 1 lb. coffee can. This recipe can also be steamed in a Crock-Pot.
