PUMPKIN NUT BREAD | |
3/4 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. water 1 egg 1 pkg. nut quick bread mix 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground mace In mixing bowl, blend together the canned pumpkin, water, egg, cinnamon and mace. Add a 1 pound, 1 ounce package of quick bread mix; stir until moistened. Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; cool. If desired, frost with confectioners' icing. |
