PUMPKIN NUT BREAD 
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients, except nuts. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes. This bread keeps well in the freezer.
