MUSHROOM SAUCED PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. milk

Brown chops in skillet. Pour off drippings. Toss together bread crumbs, butter, water and seasoning. Place mound of stuffing on top of each chop. Blend soup and milk. Pour over all. Bake in 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until tender. 4 servings.
