ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
2 lg. egg whites, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 tbsp. butter
8 thin slices bread

Whisk egg whites, milk and orange rind until blended. Melt butter in skillet. Quickly dip bread slices in egg mixture. Cook for 3 minutes. Keep pieces warm by placing them in oven. Serves 4.
