ORANGE FRENCH TOAST 
2 c. orange juice
2 c. half & half
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Grand Marnier
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. orange extract
2 lb. loaves day old bread
1/2 c. unsalted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together first 7 ingredients; pour into shallow dish. Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices. Soak bread for 2 minutes. Brown slices in butter over medium heat. When all are browned, place on cookie sheets in single layer and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sift powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup and or orange marmalade. Serves 12.
