RICE AND CRAB ROMANOFF 
Combine:

6 c. hot rice
1/2 c. chopped chives
2 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (drained)

In another bowl, combine:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Fold into rice mixture and add:

3 (7 1/2 oz.) cans lump crabmeat (squeeze crabmeat dry)

Sprinkle another 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, add paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
