CRAB RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. crabmeat
1 c. slivered ham
1 c. cubed sharp cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped shallots
2 chopped boiled eggs
4 tsp. wine vinegar
4 tsp. olive oil
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Lightly toss all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
