CRAB AND RICE PRIMAVERA 
1 1/2 c. Bird's Eye broccoli, green beans, pearl onions, and red peppers
1/4 c. water
1 1/3 c. milk
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Bring vegetables and water to a boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes. Add milk, imitation crabmeat, butter, garlic salt, and basil. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. 4 servings. Serve with French bread and white wine.
