PINEAPPLE CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix and pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (test for doneness with toothpick).

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
