LIVER PATTIES 
1 lb. liver
1 tsp. marjoram
3 slices bread
1 to 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bacon
1 med. onion
2 eggs

Grind liver through food chopper, followed by onion, bacon and bread. Add salt and marjoram. Add eggs and flour. Form into patties and fry until brown.

To make an excellently flavored rice soup, make dumplings from the preceding mix (add one more egg and more flour). Drop dumplings from tablespoon.
