LIVER PATE 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. liver sausage or braunschweiger
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

Have cream cheese and liver sausage at room temperature and mix well. Then add other ingredients; form into "log" or "ball" and chill. Can put stuffed olives on it also.
