MOLDED LIVER PATE 
10 1/2 can beef consomme
1 env. plain gelatin
4 1/2 tin liver spread or the equivalent amt. of liverwurst
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Few shakes of Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle gelatin into consomme, heat slowly until dissolved. Pour 1/3 into greased mold. Mix liver, cream cheese, consomme, Worcestershire sauce.

When consomme in mold is firm, add on top cheese mixture. Chill until all is firm. Unmold, serve with Melba or crackers.
