LIVER SAUSAGE 
2 1/4 lb. pork hock
1 lb. liver
1/2 c. chopped (ground) onion
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
Broth to moisten

Boil hocks - remove bones - boil liver in broth - grind hocks, liver and onions, add spices, 2 cups broth, mix well and chill. Don't use too much water to boil hocks and liver so it boils down.
