SCALLOPED CORN 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1 can corn (2 c.) or fresh frozen
15 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper

Whip eggs. Add milk and 2/3 cracker crumbs. Add butter, corn, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased casserole and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
