SCALLOPED CORN 
3 c. fresh or canned corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Buttered bread crumbs

Combine ingredients. Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
