MEGAN'S EASY MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
1 1/4 cups water
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 pans with foil. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

TOMATO BASIL CREAM SAUCE:

1 (24 oz.) can traditional spaghetti sauce (Hunts)
2 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Italian seasoning, for sprinkling
grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

In a skillet, combine spaghetti sauce, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook over low-medium heat until well blended and hot. Add meatballs.

Serve, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
