MAMA'S BEST CROCK-POT MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 (24 oz. ea.) jars Marinara sauce (store bought or homemade)

In large bowl combine meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, and parsley. Once combined form into balls (golf ball size is ideal).

In skillet heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute the meatballs until just browned on the outside.

Once browned place meatballs in Crock-Pot and cover with your own sauce or 2 jars store bought sauce of your choice. Cook on HIGH setting for 2 hours then LOW for an additional 2 to 3 hours. Meatballs will come out tender and flavorful.

Serve with noodles or on hoagies topped with mozzarella for a delicious sub!
