“HEARTY MEATBALL STEW” IS IN:

HEARTY MEATBALL STEW 
1 lb. new potatoes, cubed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. baby carrots
1 onion, diced
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen meatballs
1 (12 oz.) jar beef gravy
1 (15 oz.) can Italian seasoned diced tomatoes
3 1/4 cups water
pepper, to taste
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

In a large slow cooker, layer all ingredients except corn in the order listed. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hours. About 1 hour before serving, stir in corn.
