COCONUT EGGS 
2 lbs. 10X sugar
1 c. shredded coconut (plus little more)
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together well. Chill in refrigerator until stiff enough to handle. Form into eggs. Chill until set, then dip in melted dark chocolate. Place on wax paper.
