CANDY COCONUT EASTER EGGS 
6 lbs. powdered sugar
2 tsp. flavor
1 fresh coconut (if sm. use 2), grated

Moisten grated coconut with coconut juice and sugar. Shape into eggs. (Peanut butter may be added instead of using coconut and juice.)

Chocolate Covering: Melt chocolate or chocolate chips in double boiler. Add small piece of paraffin and coat eggs. Place on rack so chocolate can run off. Scrape chocolate and remelt. Yields 90-100 eggs.
