MARSHMALLOW EASTER EGGS 
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
6 tbsp. cold water (soften gelatin)
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour softened gelatin in boiling water. Stir over low heat, add salt, sugar and continue to stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and beat with mixer until very thick (high speed) for about 10 minutes. Spoon into four molds to make 1/2 Easter egg shapes. Let stay in the mold about 3 hours. Dip in chocolate and serve. To make the flour molds use about an inch or two of flour in 9"x13" pan, use a tablespoon to make the impressions. It may take several pans, you can put the flour back to cook with.
