1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. Crispix cereal
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt first 3 ingredients and pour over cereal mixture into plastic bag and shake to coat. Store in bag and keep in refrigerator.
