MUSHROOM RICE 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (undrained)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt

In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
