MUSHROOM RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. beef bouillon
1 can French onion soup
1 c. rice (uncooked, not minute rice)
1/4 c. butter, melted
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained

Grease 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients in the dish and cover it. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. May add cooked chicken and serve as main dish.
