MUSHROOM/RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. beef broth
1 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. butter, sliced in pieces
1 (10 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour until liquid is absorbed.
