RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. regular rice
2 cans beef bouillon soup
2 cans mushrooms

Saute onion with butter. Grease casserole dish and add the onions and the remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
