MUSHROOM RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 can onion soup 1 can consomme soup 1 can B&B sliced mushrooms in butter, use liquid also 1 c. white non-instant rice (long grain) 1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.) Dash of Worcestershire sauce Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 60 minutes or all liquid is absorbed. Stir and serve. |
