ROLLS OR BREAD | |
1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil 1 tbsp. salt 2 c. warm water 2 pkgs. dry yeast Between 7-8 c. flour Dissolve first 4 items in warm water. Sift yeast into 2 cups flour. add to liquid mixture and mix well. Continue to add flour until 7-8 cups are used; work well. Let rise until doubled in size. Make out into rolls or bread and let rise again. |
