1 lb. cream cheese (2 lg.), softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Nilla Vanilla Wafers ("Nilla" are bigger)

Put paper tins in cupcake tins and 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Mix other ingredients and spoon into lined tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cook completely before eating. Can be frozen. Makes 18.
