CHICKEN, PORK AND BEEF STIR -
FRY
 
1 lb. meat, cut in thin strips
2 cloves garlic
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
2 onions, cut thin wedges
1 carrot, 2" julienne strips
1/2 lb. chopped mushrooms (fresh)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. Karo syrup, light
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Stir fry - medium to medium high heat.

Stir fry meat in large skillet for 5 minutes. Remove to bowl. Stir fry garlic, broccoli, onions and carrots for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms. Return meat to skillet. Mix cornstarch with water, soy sauce, Karo and red pepper. Pour sauce over and heat until boiling. Boil 1 minute until thickens. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
