STIR - FRY CHICKEN OR BEEF 
1 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. peppers
1/2 c. onions
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 lb. pea pods, snow peas
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 c. mixture of 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sugar & 1/2 c. water
1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cubed

Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and heat on medium. Add vegetables and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add chicken or beef and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add 1 cup mixture of 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Cover and simmer until hot. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
